Our approach — EYFS

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework to make sure every child has the best possible start. This means our planning, assessments and day-to-day practise are all aligned to EYFS goals — promoting personal, social and emotional development, communication and language, physical development, literacy, mathematics and all other early learning areas.

What parents can expect

• Learning through play: child-led, adult-supported activities linked to EYFS goals.
• Regular progress checks and clear communication at termly reviews.
• Safe, healthy, inclusive environment with qualified staff.

Staff qualifications & ratios

All staff who work directly with children hold the required early years qualifications and are included within our staff ratios. All staff are DBS checked and receive regular safeguarding and first-aid training.
